Coordinates, Not OriginsChinese, Vietnamese, and English overlap in my daily life, shaped by my childhood across Nanning, Hanoi, and Honolulu. This book reflects my lived experience of moving between languages and explores how poetic meaning shifts and transforms as it travels across linguistic and cultural contexts.
ConceptLanguage here functions both as content and material: words are read, misread, re-encoded, and re-experienced. Through this process, the book proposes translation not as a tool for clarity, but as a space where identity, memory, and meaning continuously negotiate and evolve.
